Service Description
Enjoy a fun filled hour of Zumba followed by a delicious afternoon tea in aid of the Teapot Trust, an art therapy charity supporting children with chronic health conditions. Adults £20, children (under 12) £12. Once you've booked your space(s), use this link to pay for the tickets........teapot-trust.org/fundraisers/shake-and-cake. PLEASE ENSURE YOU PUT YOUR NAME AGAINST THE DONATION SO THAT WE KNOW YOUR TICKETS HAVE BEEN PAID FOR! If this is your first Fit Form class, please also complete a short health questionnaire prior to attending - fit-form.co.uk/par-q. This applies to all participants.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your space, there will be no refund or credit as the payment goes directly to Teapot Trust - however tickets can be transferred to another name if we are notified more than 24 hours prior to the event. Please email laura@fit-form.co.uk with the details of the original and new names on the booking. If you need to cancel and no-one else can take your space, please let me know ASAP so we know the numbers we are catering for. Thank you.
