REPs accredited fitness coach
Laura has been a fitness coach for ten years, qualified in CYQ Level 3 Personal Training, Level 2 Exercise to Music and Level 2 Gym Instructing.
Class-specific qualifications include Body Combat, Body Attack, Body Balance, Kettlercise, Group Indoor Cycling, Metafit, Suspended Bodyweight, Hatton Fitness Boxing, Zumba, Strong Nation and Zumba Kids.
She is also currently teaching Gentle Movement classes as part of the Macmillan Move More campaign.
She is fully insured, disclosure checked and first-aid trained as well as being PPL licensed and REPs registered.
