Class Cancellation Policy

By making this booking you agree to the following cancellation policy. 

 

The policy takes into account that life can throw up the unexpected and plans have to change.  The aim of the policy is not to penalise you unnecessarily at such times but to promote fairness, protect the interests of class attendees and to maximise the opportunities for participation.  Read the full policy below:

CANCELLATION POLICY

PAYG Customers

​

If a cancellation is made by you with MORE than 24 hours' notice, a credit voucher will be issued that can be used to pay for another class within one month of the original booking.

 

If a cancellation is made by you with LESS than 24 hours' notice, no refund or credit will be offered.

 

No-shows will not be refunded.

If a session is cancelled by Fit Form, a credit voucher or a full refund will be offered.

​

Class Pass Holders

​

If a cancellation is made by you with MORE than 24 hours' notice, a credit will automatically be added back onto your pass - however this still has to be used within the original one month period.

 

Any credit left on your pass at the end of the monthly period will not be carried over or refunded.  

​

Should the period of your class pass include any Fit Form holidays or sickness, the pass will be extended accordingly.
