WELCOME TO THE FIT FORM COMMUNITY!

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced exerciser, Fit Form classes allow participants to work to their own level, ensuring you have a safe, fun and challenging workout. 

 

Community fitness classes (indoor and outdoor) run weekly in Dunbar, East Linton and North Berwick, offering a variety of workouts from Pilates and Zumba to Metafit and Bootcamps (indoor and outdoor!).  You can book these on a PAYG basis or benefit from lower prices by buying a class pass.


Laura also teaches the following classes at Dunbar Leisure Pool:  Body Suspension, Body Conditioning and Kettlebells, plus three of the Les Mills programmes - BODYCOMBAT, BODYATTACK and BODYBALANCE. 

She is also now teaching Pilates, Body Conditioning and Zumba at Whitekirk Hill (members only).

If you prefer the flexibility of working out at home, the @Home pass is also available, offering unlimited 24/7 access to 150+ workouts.
